StreetLights Outreach is a feet-on-the-street outreach ministry with a fourfold mission:

  1. Provide a positive presence in at-risk neighborhoods.
  2. Personally encounter people as they are, where they are without judgement.
  3. Engage people on the margins with the dignity of conversation and community.
  4. Provide assistance and support where it is needed and welcomed.

StreetLights Outreach began in 2004 as a street ministry providing a presence to homeless persons on the streets of Green Bay. The program has evolved to provide Block Parties, or picnics in local parks, for all people in the neighborhood. The Block Parties have become full community celebrations including free food, music, children’s activities, prizes, and much more!

Our future Block Parties will be held on Friday evenings from 5-6:30 p.m. on the dates below. We always need volunteers to distribute flyers, prepare and serve food, host children’s activities, and provide hospitality for our guests.
